This is Mother Nature. I used the outfit from the book series, "Guardians of Childhood", where ROTG was based off of.
Note: I just learned that Emily Jane is Mother Nature's real name (which is much better than Seraphina Pitchiner)

I have read the fourth book it's good & it kind of ends in another cliff hanger in my opinion
